What is Eggfest?
The Fourth annual Midwest EGGfest is an annual event held the third weekend in September at Poolside in St.
Paul, Minnesota. EGGfest is dedicated to the Big Green Egg, the world’s best smoker and grill. “EGGheads”,
family, and friends travel from all across the country to participate and share at the Midwest Eggfest.
Whether, you own a Big Green Egg, or just want to sample some incredible Food, then EGGfest is for you.
This festive annual family-oriented event also provides a good opportunity for someone thinking about buying
an EGG to learn all about it and see firsthand the versatility of the intriguing ceramic cooker and hear about
their experiences from current owners.

When is Eggfest?
The Fourth Annual Midwest EGGfest is: Saturday, September 18th
Eggfest is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
There will be a Meet and Greet on: Friday, September 17th

Those that are cooking at EGGfest, receive free admission and a $25 Gift Card to Poolside (1 Cook per Egg).
Extra cooks per Big Green Egg are $10.00 each.
Regular admission is:
Before August 20th - $10/person
After August 20th - $15/person or $25/couple
Kids 12 and under are free with a paid adult.
EGGfest entry fee entitles you to refreshments, great food, and door prizes.
For the cooks, Poolside will provide a Large Egg, charcoal, water, soft drinks, paper plates, and napkins.
This event is BYOB, feel free to bring whatever beverages you would like.
Everyone that attends the Fourth Annual Midwest EGGfest can pre-purchase T-shirts for $10.00 before August
20th. After August 20th, we will have a limited supply of T-Shirts (we can not guarantee sizes) available for
$15.00 each

Demo Eggs
Poolside will have a limited number of Demo Eggs available, these eggs are the eggs that are used at EGGfest.
At least a 50% deposit at the time of ordering is required to secure your demo egg. All Demo Eggs must be
picked up between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Saturday, September 18th after the EGGfest. Please plan
accordingly as the demo eggs may be warm or even hot at the time of pick up.
The Demo Eggs include: Large Big Green Egg, Accessory kit (Damper top, spring assist band, dvd,
thermometer, owner’s manual), Large Nest, Ash Tool, Grill Gripper, and approximately half a bag of charcoal.
(Normal Sale Price of these items is: $930.75). The price for a Demo Egg is only: $694.00 + tax.
